Attorney said we would be closing on July 7th. Finally, a date was nailed down. Awesome, or so we thought.
Jeremy got an email on Tuesday saying how sorry the lender was but closing on the 7th was not going to happen, again.
I guess because of the notes taken on the foundation structure they decided that they needed to have a structure expect go out to the property and make certain that everything was fine.
Why they keep doing all this at the last minute I have no idea. We’ve been closing on this house since April.
Again, they have no idea when we’ll be able to close.
