Homemade Vegan Seitan Sausages
These were awesome. Really taste like sausage without the greasiness. Yum! Topped with sauteed sweet red peppers and onions.

I added tons more spices and extra soy sauce. I also added in Balsamic Vinegar. I also grilled mine as he did after steaming.
