Knitting…Bat tea towel finished

May 25th, 2008 by misadventuresofmarla

I finished the orange bats tea towel I was knitting. It was just beginner project. It came out okay.

I’ll add pictures of it once it drys. I have it hanging up to smooth it out right now…

*Update*

Here is a picture of what it looks like!

If anybody wants the pattern, here it is…Free of charge!

You can adjust this pattern as needed. This is how I did mine because I wanted a really long towel for drying large pots and etc….but you may want yours shorter or longer.

Mine measures 30 inches long by 10.5 inches wide. (I knit pretty tight so yours may be bigger if you knit loose!)

To make it longer just keep repeating Rows 13 – 52 until you get the length you want. If you want it shorter than only repeat the pattern twice.

To make a dishcloth instead of a tea towel just complete the pattern ONCE and then continue to R53 til the end.

Bat Tea Towel:
